When he’s not working with executives or speaking on leadership, Chad is an active father, husband, and community leader. He’s been married for over 22 years, is raising two children, and serves as an elected City Councilman for the Village of Sea Ranch Lakes. He also sits on multiple nonprofit boards and committees and stays active with his local church.

His personal passions include tennis, golf, skiing, boating, and reading books on strategy, faith, and leadership (often multiple at once).
